Our highly qualified coach team (aka “Coach Cadre”) offers a highly educated and readily available bench of coaches, which gives OU leaders variety and choice to find a coach that fits their distinct needs while allowing the University to reap the benefits of coaching at scale.
All of our coaches possess a background in behavioral science. Most have doctorates or an advanced degree in Consulting/ Clinical/ Industrial-Organizational Psychology / Organizational Behavior. Many of our coaches have completed formal coach training programs and possess a coaching certification from a recognized credentialing body, such as the International Coach Federation (i.e., ICF). Pixel Leadership Group is exceedingly discerning in our selection of coaches to join our Coach Cadre. While we only invite highly-qualified coaches to join our team, we intentionally seek coaches with varied professional and coaching experience in order to provide our clients a range of options to meet their needs and budget.
