​Dr. Patti Weiter is a dynamic and engaging executive coach who aims to create and sustain work environments that maximize human potential, thriving, and individual and collective well-being.

Patti integrates her training as a Clinical Health Psychologist into her consulting approach by expertly blending the biological, psychological, and social aspects of leader and organizational behavior to drive change and sustainable results. Leveraging this expertise, she designs and facilitates experiences for leaders, teams, and organizations to prevent burnout, develop resilience during times of chaos, and enhance employee engagement.

Patti spent 10 years with the Veterans Health Administration enhancing team cohesiveness, guiding organizational change management, advising leaders, and providing executive coaching to support DEI efforts. She has trained leaders in the use of motivational interviewing to build partnership, reduce resistance, and enhance self-efficacy.

Patti is invigorated when helping leaders maximize their strengths to foster change. She uses humble inquiry to guide them toward greater clarity, deepen their self-awareness, and identify specific goals and actions to increase their impact. Bringing curiosity and positive energy to her coaching relationships, leaders who work with Patti appreciate her compassion, the genuine connection, and her innovative solutions.
