After spending most of her career leading talent management and organization development functions, Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD founded Pixel Leadership Group to bridge the gap between research and practice. Since it's creation in 2017, the team has expanded to include a robust Senior Leadership Team that handles research, analytics, sales and operations, as well as a Cadre of Coaches. Using an empirically driven approach, Pixel’s methods and frameworks are grounded in current best practices and the science of coaching.
