AFTER WORKING WITH THEIR COACH:
CALIBRATION
Coachee meets 1:1 with their Supervisor after the Dev. Planning Session to review goals (coach does not attend)
EXECUTION
Assigned Readings for Each Session (provided to Coachee)
Application Exercises (provided to Coachee)
SUSTAINMENT
Reflection + Sustainment Exercise (provided to Coachee)
