Create an Account

NEW ACCOUNT FORM

Once you have decided you would like to move forward, the sponsoring body (i.e., typically the Department, College, etc. that Pixel will invoice for the work) should Create an Account with us. The "New Account Form" button above will take you to a form to be completed (you will be asked to identify a single Point of Contact for this Account). Soon after that form is completed, the designated Point of Contact (i.e., POC) will receive an Account Number via email from Pixel Leadership Group.

Launch a Coaching New Engagement(s)

INITIATE COACHING FORM

Once you have an Account with Pixel Leadership Group, you can go directly to this step any time you are ready to Launch a New Coaching Engagement(s). The Initiate Coaching Form will ask you to indicate the following information for the New Engagement: your Pixel Account Number, the desired Coaching Program, the desired Coach Tier (i.e., Senior Executive Coach or Leadership Coach), and information about the Coachee(s). 

New Coachee(s) Provide Their Information to Begin the Process

After Steps 1 & 2 have been completed, the newly enrolled Coachee will receive an email from "Pixel Coaching" (i.e., [email protected]) providing them a link to the New Coachee Form. This will allow them to provide their information, select their coach, and to initiate coaching.
