Adam J. Feiner, PsyD, MBA, ACCDayton, OHAs a skilled ICF accredited coach, as well as consultant and psychologist with a foundation in business, Dr. Adam Feiner is able to use a variety of methods to help his coaching clients and their organizations grow and strengthen their skills to meet their unique business needs. Adam’s collaborative, individualized, and strengths-based approach to coaching has allowed his clients to flourish. By working in active coach-client partnership, Adam has been able to help his clients more efficiently and effectively target their specific needs, resulting in their enhanced personal and team performance and career growth.
As a licensed psychologist with academic credentials in business management (M.B.A.), clinical psychology (Psy.D.), and industrial/organizational psychology (M.A.), as well as ICF training, Adam has extensive training and education from which to draw upon. As someone with management experience leading a diverse team of professionals, Adam understands the challenges inherent in leading others and is able to apply this real-world experience in the service of his coaching clients. Finally, Adam’s experience developing, leading, and presenting at conferences and during various live and online trainings means he has experience with a wide range of leadership topics to support his clients. Adam greatly values the concepts of client autonomy and servant leadership. With autonomy, Adam’s clients set the coaching session agendas. With servant leadership, Adam engages with his clients from a position of respect and service in order to help them meet their defined needs. |
