Keisha Morris brings over 20 years of passion and experience in human resource development to guide the growth and development of individuals, teams, and organizations. Keisha uses her experience as a talent development practitioner to apply learning and behavioral science principles and techniques to help her clients align their daily practices with their core values, support and accelerate successful leadership transitions, strategically frame future aspirations, overcome roadblocks to career success, and bring about positive change in their organizations.
Keisha has spent her career supporting leaders and teams to successfully leverage their strengths and develop new capabilities across many industries, including the insurance, financial services, government, higher education, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. She currently provides talent development & engagement consultancy in the healthcare industry. She uses her knowledge of organizational development, leadership, and adult learning theory to design and deliver engaging and impactful development experiences for individuals from the frontline to the C-suite. In addition, her enthusiasm for creating inclusive cultures is brought to life as she assists organizations to adopt practical and impactful actions to embrace diversity, equity, and belonging for all.
As a coach, Keisha is passionate about facilitating individuals’ growth, maximizing their talents, and helping them to successfully navigate common workplace and career challenges. Keisha’s clients value how she balances compassion and candor to cultivate a trusting partnership that allows them to thrive. She believes that everyone is capable to bloom wherever they are planted.
