Keisha has spent her career supporting leaders and teams to successfully leverage their strengths and develop new capabilities across many industries, including the insurance, financial services, government, higher education, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. She currently provides talent development & engagement consultancy in the healthcare industry. She uses her knowledge of organizational development, leadership, and adult learning theory to design and deliver engaging and impactful development experiences for individuals from the frontline to the C-suite. In addition, her enthusiasm for creating inclusive cultures is brought to life as she assists organizations to adopt practical and impactful actions to embrace diversity, equity, and belonging for all. As a coach, Keisha is passionate about facilitating individuals’ growth, maximizing their talents, and helping them to successfully navigate common workplace and career challenges.
