Group-Based
​Leadership Development

​Pixel Leadership Group has been designing and delivering state of the art leadership and manager development programs and trainings for 15 years. We incorporate the principles of adult learning theory to create interactive and experiential sessions to ensure engagement and knowledge and skills acquisition. While we deliver high-quality content, we always include assessments and reflection exercises to increase self-awareness and application activities to practice new skills. At the end of each program or session, participants are asked to create an individual development plan to apply the skills after the session and typically assign “accountability buddies” to ensure there is someone to follow-up with them to hold them accountable for action.

Pixel will create custom programs that can be a single-session workshop to robust leadership development programs that span months.  Below are a sample of some of our most popular leadership development workshops.
